Be it their business, professions, personal lives, travels, interests, hobbies and pass-times, all of these mean files and details. - Communication with a CA with respect to business matters and IT returns. The CA also has the option of “pulling” the details from the entrepreneur using the latter’s Soy ID and designated password. Likewise, upon filling documents including tax returns, the CA can “push” or the entrepreneur can “pull” information using designated Soy IDs!
- Communication with vendors, customers, government agencies, bankers and others. An entrepreneur in these cases creates specified Soy IDs, places the relevant documents therein, and either “pushes” it to the recipients or lets the parties “pull” it from the former’s designated Soy ID. Soy IDs can be created for each use to avoid confusion
- Communication within the organization with respect to varied needs including Admin, HR, operations, finance etc. Intra-organizational communication with attachments in most instances are to do with standard issues that are best handled with the use of Soy ID. The entrepreneur or the relevant department in the organization can create their own Soy IDs, place documents therein and “push” it to the relevant recipient who using their individual IDs and passwords can view the details in the Soy ID. These details can also be sent thru the “push” functionality in which case the recipient using his ID and password can “pull” it from the origin Soy ID. Documents such as Policies , house rules etc can be easily shared through use of Soy Ids.
- Communication with friends and relation on personal matters. An entrepreneur can either create a single Soy ID for all communication or create so many as per need and reason. These can be used to “push” or “pull” details to or from friends and relations using the latter’s designated Soy ID and password. Doing so shall help relevant persons get files and matters that may pertain only to them instead loads of details of which a very small quantum pertains to them.

Right from a menu and rate card to terms and conditions for services to even advertisements and other information about newer additions can be made available thru a Soy ID!
